  • Ginger - 3" piece
  • Black Pepper Powder - 2 tbsp
  • Tender neem leaves(A fistful) -
  • Bitterguard pieces(with out seeds) - 1/2 of
  • Tulsi leaves(A fistful) -
  • Dry Ginger powder - 1 tsp
  • Crystal sugar(Kalkandam) - 50 gm
  • Honey - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Take 300 ml of water.
  2. Put all the ingredients into it except honey.
  3. Boil until the quantity reduced to half.
  4. Filter and add honey to the filtrate and take in the early morning, preferably after exercise.
