Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Rice Par boiled rice
  • 1 Cup Coconut pieces Fresh
  • 1 Cup Peanuts
  • 1 Cup Jaggery

Instructions
 

  • Wash and drain the rice and add coconut pieces.
  • Dry roast the rice and coconut till you hear the crackling sound of rice.
  • Dry roast the peanuts on medium flame for few minutes. Then let it cool and remove the skin.
  • Once the roasted rice is cooled down, add it into a blender along with roasted peanuts and make a fine powder.
  • Crush the jaggery and add it into the blender. Blend it well.
  • Easy Homemade Health Mix is ready now. You can store it in an airtight container up to 1 month. Serve along with a cup of tea.
