Instructions
  1. In a bowl take 3 tsp sugar and add 2 eggs. Beat very well.
  2. Cut the sides of the bread slices.
  3. Heat 1 tsp oil in a tava.
  4. Dip each bread into the beaten egg and place in the hot tava.
  5. Change each side of the bread till it becomes light brown in colour.
  6. Cut into medium cubes of this bread. Keep it aside.
  7. Heat oil in a kadai and add chopped onion. Saute till it turns translucent.
  8. Add ginger garlic paste. Stir for few seconds.
  9. Add chopped tomato and saute.
  10. Add chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder and pinch of sugar. Stir well.
  11. Add bread cubes. Mix with all the masala.
  12. Remove into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
