Instructions
  1. Wash methi leaves and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard.When mustard splutters add garlic flakes.Saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Then add methi leaves and stir for a minute.
  4. Add coriander powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt saute for 2 minutes and keep aside.
  5. Add this sauted fenugreek mix to wheat flour, mix all together Add water little at time and make dsoft dough.
  6. Greece your hand with oil to make smooth dough.Keep this dough for 1 hour.
  7. Make small balls out of this dough.
  8. Roll out the dove just like chappathi.Heat a tawa and cook both sides.Apply little oil or butter.
  9. Serve withegg curry or any curry,pickle or curd.
