Instructions
  1. For preparing healthy oats and egg scramble, heat oil and fry onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies till the onions turn light brown in colour.
  2. Add the grated coconut and stir for 2 minutes.
  3. Then add eggs, salt, pepper powder and garam masala. Stir till almost cooked.
  4. Then put in the oats and stir continuously till dry.
  5. Healthy oats and egg scramble, is ready. Serve hot with bread for breakfast.
