  • For preparing healthy oats and egg scramble, heat oil and fry onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies till the onions turn light brown in colour.
  • Add the grated coconut and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Then add eggs, salt, pepper powder and garam masala. Stir till almost cooked.
  • Then put in the oats and stir continuously till dry.
  • Healthy oats and egg scramble, is ready. Serve hot with bread for breakfast.
