1 litre Milk100 g Paneer (cut into in square piece)1 no Cardamom (Elakka)4 nos Dates (chopped)4 drops Rose essence1 tsp Pista (powdered)Saffron (As reqd)10 nos Badam (soak in water and chop finely)Sugar (As reqd) For preparing paneer payasam, first boil milk. Add paneer cubes, dates, badam and saffron to it and cook it in low flame for 15 minutes.
