  • Rose essence - 4 drops

  • Badam(soak in water and chop finely) - 10 nos

Instructions
  1. For preparing paneer payasam, first boil milk. Add paneer cubes, dates, badam and saffron to it and cook it in low flame for 15 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. Refrigerate it for some time.
  3. Add sugar and essence according to your taste.
  4. Decorate it with powdered pista before serving.
  5. Healthy paneer payasam is ready.
