  • Shredded cooked chicken or beef - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh button mushrooms - 10 -
  • Capsicum(medium) - 1 no
  • Tomato(medium) - 2 nos
  • Onion(medium) - 1 no
  • Low fat Mozzarella cheese - ½ cup
  • olive oil - 1 tsp
  • Oregano(dried) - 1/4 tsp
  • Olives(optional, cut into small pieces) - 1/4 cup

Instructions
  1. For base:- 1)Mix yeast with sugar and 1 tsp of warm water and leave aside until frothy.
  2. Add frothy yeast to a mixture of whole wheat and soy flour.
  3. Add salt, olive oil and wheat bran.
  4. Add water and knead into a soft dough.
  5. Leave the dough covered with a damp cloth in a warm place for about 45 mins or until dough is about double in volume.
  6. Divide pizza dough into four, roll out each portion into medium thick eight-inch discs.
  7. Prick with a fork all over.
  8. Pre-heat an oven to 220ªC.
  9. For sauce:- 1)Wash and chop tomatoes finely.
  10. Peel, wash and chop onion and garlic.
  11. Wash and tear basil leaves into small pieces.
  12. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  13. Add chopped onion and garlic, stir-fry briefly and add chopped tomatoes.
  14. Add one cup of water and bring it to a boil.
  15. Stir in basil leaves, salt and crushed dried red chillies.
  16. Simmer for about 5 mins on medium heat or till it reaches a thick dropping consistency.
  17. For pizza topping:- 1)Wash mushrooms thoroughly with plenty of water, pat them dry and slice.
  18. Wash, halve, deseed capsicum and then cut into thin strips.
  19. Wash and cut tomatoes into quarters and cut into thin strips.
  20. Peel, wash and slice onion.
  21. Grate low-fat mozzarella cheese.
  22. For pizza:- 1)Spread prepared pizza sauce on rolled pizza base, top it with sliced onion, sliced mushrooms, tomato and capsicum strips,chicken,olives.
  23. Sprinkle grated low-fat mozzarella cheese to evenly cover the pizza top.
  24. Keep again in pre heated oven and heat it till all cheese melts.
