Coriander leaves
for garnishing
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing healthy sprouted salad, steam the sprouted
green gram
for 5 minutes.
Mix all the other ingredients to the sprouted
green gram
:
tomato
,
onion
,
sugar
,
pepper powder
,
cumin powder
,
curry leaves
, lemon juice and required
salt
.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Healthy and protein rich sprout salad is ready. You can serve it as an evening snack for kids.
