  • Roasted cumin powder(A pinch, Jeerakam) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing healthy sprouted salad, steam the sprouted green gram for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients to the sprouted green gram: tomato, onion, sugar, pepper powder, cumin powder, curry leaves, lemon juice and required salt.
  3. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  4. Healthy and protein rich sprout salad is ready. You can serve it as an evening snack for kids.
