Different veggies are mixed to make this healthy vada

Carrot

Cauliflower

Beans
chopped

Cabbage
chopped

Onion
chopped

Green chillies
finely chopped

tsp
Garlic
finely chopped

tbsp
Coconut
grated
1
spring
Coriander leaves
finely chopped
Oil
As reqd
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing healthy vada, steam
carrot
, cauliflower, beans and
cabbage
till they are cooked.
Knead
onion
, green chllies and
garlic
.
Add in the steam cooked veggies and
egg
. Knead it well.
Add in
coconut
,
salt
, coriander leaves, rice flour and required
water
. Mix it well.
Make small patties out of the mixture and fry it in hot
oil
.
Healthy vada`s are ready. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
