Mixed vegetables and
soya bean
are mixed to make veg balls

Soya bean
cooked & minced

Mixed vegetables
cooked
1
tbsp
Soya sauce

nos
Bread slices
1
tsp
Coriander powder
2
tsp
Chilly sauce
Pepper
As reqd
2
tbsp
Corn flour
Instructions
For preparing healthy veg balls, mix
soya bean
and vegetables and mash well.
Add soy sauce, chilly sauce. pepper, coriander and corn flour.
Mix it well.
Dip bread slices in
water
and squeeze.
Mix with vegetables and make it like a dough.
Make balls out of it.
Fry it in
oil
. Healthy veg balls are ready.
