Instructions
  1. In pan add oil and temper jeera ,Cloves, cardamom, cinnamon
  2. Now in bowl add all spices powder and mix well and sauté well
  3. Now add boiled channa mix well
  4. Now add Yogurt and mix well cook for 10 mins
  5. Now in bowl add rice flour and add water pour in Channa . cook well
  6. Now The Famous Himachal Pradesh Mandra is ready to serve.
