  • Soya sauce : 1 tsp -

  • Salt as needed -

Instructions
  1. Chop onion, capsicum, garlic, ginger and chillies.
  2. In a small bowl beat the eggs with salt and steam it.
  3. In a pan, add oil, then fry the ginger, garlic and chillies.
  4. Once the color changes add the onions and saute.
  5. Add the capsicum and sauté for a minute and then add the salt and soya sauce.
  6. Add the steamed eggs cut into small cubes and fry.
  7. Fry for about a minute and serve hot.
  8. Note:Instead of green chillies, red chillies can be grounded and the paste can be added. This is for spice lovers as the name suggest.
