Instructions
  1. Wash ripe mangoes,peel,de seed and cut it into pieces.
  2. Put this in a mixer and blend it properly then we will get thick mango pulp.
  3. Sieve the pulp in a filter it is difficult to sieve .If we add little water
  4. Dissolve sugar in i cup of water addcitric acid and when it is boiles put simmer for some time until it is slightly thick syrup.
  5. Pour this strained mango pulp into this syrup.Boil for 2 minutes
  6. Now home made squash is ready.
