Instructions
  1. Heat a pan add oil in it and when its hot add cardamom, clove, and cinnamon.
  2. Sauté it well and then add onion, ginger, garlic ( if its paste it will be more tasty), green chilly.
  3. When it gets brown.
  4. Add cumin seeds and stir well.
  5. Then add the mutton to it .
  6. Stir well add little water and close it to get cooked.
  7. When it gets cooked add salt if needed.
  8. Then add carrot and potato to it.
  9. Stir well and close it to get cooked.
  10. Then add the coconut milk to it and stir well.
  11. Be in flame for 3 more minutes and stir well and off the flame.
  12. The dish is ready serve it with chappathi, appam, pathiri etc.
