  • Carrot - 1
  • capsicm - 1
  • Beans - 5
  • Cabbage - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Butter - 1 tsp
  • Spring onion - 1/2 cup
  • Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. Heat butter and oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped carrot,capsicm and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add cabbage,beans and salt saute for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and stir for 2 minutes in low flame.
  5. Add cooked rice to this and mix all well.Saute for a minute.
  6. Add spring onion to this and mix well,Stir for a minute.
  7. Add pepper powder,chilli sauce and soya sauce,stir well and saute for 2 minutes.
  8. Now home made fried rice is ready to serve.
