Homemade Chicken Stow

Ingredients
  

  • Meat : 1/2 k gm
  • Yogurt : 1/2 cup
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste : 1 tab
  • Green Chilli Paste : 1 tab
  • Onions : 2 nos
  • Oil : as reqd
  • Salt : as reqd
  • Red Chili : 1 tsp
  • Turmeric : 1/4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Add yogurt, meat, ginger and garlic paste, salt, green chilli (crushed), red chilli, and turmeric in a bowl .
  • Enter Step

  • Put it in the fridge for half an hour.
  • Golden-brown the onions by adding them in oil (as required).
  • Enter Step
  • Add mixed meat in the oil when onions become golden-brown then cook it and after that let it cook under cover at low flame for half an hour.
  • When meat becomes soft cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Now serve it.
  • Note:-Hello, some where it is called STO, or STOW,without addition of water,
