Instructions
  1. Mix flour with semolina, ghee, sugar, egg, cardamom powder and turmeric powder.
  2. Knead well to make a smooth dough.
  3. Roll it out to half inch thick.
  4. Cut it into 2 pieces and roll it again as shown in the picture.
  5. Cut the roll into equal small pieces and press each of them like shown in picture.
  6. Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Fry the pieces till they turn brown in color.
  8. :- Serve as an evening snack.
