  • Carrot(grated) - 1/2 cup
  • Chicken(cooked and shredded) - 1/2 cup
  • Spring onions(chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • Clear vegetable stock - 3 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Chilly sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Cornflour(dissolved in 1/2 cup water) - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a wok over high flame. Add cabbage, carrots, chicken, spring onions and stir-fry over a high flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the stock, vinegar, soya sauce, chilly sauce, coriander, pepper and salt. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the cornflour mixture and boil for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring continuously.
  4. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
