Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Add onion and saute till it becomes slight brown.
  4. Add tomato, garlic and green chillies and saute for 5 mins.
  5. Add coriander powder and saute for 1 min.
  6. Add red chilly powder and fenugreek.
  7. Add enough water (4 cups).
  8. Add curry leaves, sugar and vinegar.
  9. Add salt and boil it for 8 - 10 mins.
  10. Add boiled eggs.
  11. Boil the eggs in the curry for 2 mins.
  12. :- Serves best with chappatis and appams and not with rice.
