Instructions
  1. Cut Chicken breast into pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken with roasted curry powder / roasted chilli powder / pepper / salt / vinegar and set aside for about 30 minutes.

  4. Add the marinated chicken, Bombay onions, curry leaves, saffron, piece of cinnamon, cardamoms, garlic, green chillies to a saucepan and cook for about 7 minutes until chicken is lightly colored.

  6. Then take off from the fire and pour the contents with the liquid into a another saucepan.
  7. Pour the coconut oil to the pan which we have removed the contents and keep on fire to heat the oil.
  8. When oil is heated pours the whole chicken contents into that saucepan and make it fry.
  9. When the chicken becoming brown add the thick coconut oil and cook for 5 minutes.
