Ingredients

Cauliflower

Onion

Capsicum

Rice flour

tbsp
Corn flour
1/2
cup
All purpose flour
Maida
Ginger
garlic
paste - 1 tbsp
1
tsp
Turmeric powder
Salt
As reqd
1

Lime juice
2
tsp
Chilly powder
1
no
Spring onions
chopped
Red color
optional
Instructions
For preparing hot chilly gobi, clean cauliflower and soak in hot
water
with
turmeric powder
.
Drain and marinate the flower with 1/2 tbsp
ginger
-
garlic
, lime juice and chilly powder for 1 hour.
Mix the ingredients: rice flour, corn flour, maida,
ginger
-
garlic
paste,
salt
and color.
Add very little
water
to combine.
Dip the marinated florets in the flour mixture and deep fry in hot
oil
. Keep aside.
Drain excess
oil
and keep 2 tsp
oil
in pan and fry
onion
,
capsicum
and spring onions. Fry for 2 minutes.
Decorate it on top of the fried cauliflower.
Hot chilly gobi is ready.
