Hot Garlic Chicken

Chicken Cooked in Dry Red chilly & Garlic Paste.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Kg Boneless Chicken Cubes
  • 1 Cup Garlic Cloves
  • 15 Dry Red Chilly
  • 1 cup Hot & Sweet Maggie Sauce
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  • Salt To Taste
  • 2 tbsp Veg Oil

Instructions
 

  • Remove the seeds of the Red Chillies and soak the chillies in water for 20 mins.
  • Grind Garlic Cloves and the soaked chillies and make a fine paste using very little amount of water.
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  • Add the garlic-chilly paste and cook in medium flame till the oil separates.
  • Now add the chicken following with salt.
  • Do not add water.
  • Cover it with lid and allow the chicken to cook in the chilly garlic paste.
  • Once it is cooked reduce the flame and add Soya Sauce and mix well.
  • And then Add Hot & Sweet Maggie Sauce
  • Cook on a low flame for a min and keep covered before serving.
  • Serve Lip smacking Hot Garlic Chicken with Chapatis, Fried Rice, Appams.. Enjoy..!!
  • Note: Use Gloves in hands while removing seeds from the dry red chillies to avoid burning sensation in your hand.
