  • Chicken(cut into medium size pieces) - 500 gm
  • Raisins(Onakkamunthiri) - 150 gm
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Kashmiri Chilly powder - 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric power - 1/4 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder(Jathikka) - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
  • Egg white - 1 no
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 cup
  • Salt(As reqd) -
For garnishing:-
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • garlic(chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Small onions(cut into roundels)(Kunjulli) - 1/4 cup

Instructions
  1. Grind raisins and mix this with all other ingradients other than chicken.
  2. Keep this for 2 mins.
  3. Add chicken to this and mix well and keep this in fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Heat the oil and shallow fry the marinated chicken on low flame.
  5. Put this in a plate when fried.
  6. Heat a spoon of oil and saute chopped garlic and onions.
  7. Garnish the fried chicken with this and chopped coriander leaves.
  8. :- Serve hot.
