Instructions
  1. For preparing hot sauce, first soak chillies in hot water for few minutes.
  2. Grind the chillies with garlic, vinegar and sugar(not a fine paste).
  3. Heat oil in pan, add the ground paste and salt.
  4. Fry for 4 minutes and remove from flame.
  5. A good dip chinese sauce for fried items.
