Hot & Sour Tomato Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 no Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Chilly sauce
  • 1/2 cup Carrot grated
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 5 - Beans finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ajinomoto
  • 3 tbsp Corn flour mixed in ½ cup of water
  • 100 gm Paneer cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Put the chopped tomatoes in a pressure cooker with 3-4 cups of water.
  • Wait for 3-4 whistles and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the gas.
  • Let it cool and then grind.
  • Heat oil in a vessel. Put the finely chopped tomato. Cook for about one minute while mashing.
  • Add cabbage, carrots and French-beans. Stir it for one minute.
  • Add the ground tomatoes.
  • Put the rest of the ingredients except for the corn flour.
  • Boil it for two minutes.
  • Put the corn flour paste and stir it. Cook till it becomes thicker.
  • Add paneer and serve hot.
