Add water to make it a thick blatter :- Something like dosa flour or even slightly thicker. Beat 1 egg and mix it in the batter.Slice all vegetables thin long (something like french fries) and add to the batter.Slice half a small onion in long pieces and add to the batter.Add some salt to taste and mix everything in the bowl so that all vegetables are coated with the batter.In a pan take enough oil to deep fry. Add the coated vegetables and fry so that its half cooked. Tips :- the batter turns yellow...need not even wait for turning fully brown. Drain out from oil and keep this asideIn a pan take 3-4 tsp oil and add finly chopped onions & garlic and fry untl golden brown.Add pepper powder, Ginger garlic paste and fry. Add the deep fried vegetables and keep strirring.Once it is fried and is turning brown add chilli sause and tomato sause on top of the vegetable and keep stirring.
