Whisk together egg white, cornflour, pepper powder along with salt until smooth. Add chicken pieces to this, mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a fry pan and fry the chicken pieces till both sides turn golden brown colour.
Heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan and add onions, ginger, garlic, green chilly, capsicum and sauté it.
Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar sugar, salt (if needed) and mix it well. Then add fried chicken pieces to this sauce and mix well. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Finally dissolve 1 tsp of cornflour in little water and pour this to the chicken and stir well.
