  • in a bowl add chicken, curd, ginger garlic paste.salt,black pepper, turmeric and garam masala and mix well
  • marinate for 1 hour
  • slice the onion and chop the red chili
  • in a pan heat the oil and add onion and red chili and saute it until the onion turn into brown
  • add marinated chicken, mix well and allow to cook in medium flame for 5 mins
  • add required water to cook the desi murgh / nattu kozhi and mix it
  • allow to cook until the chicken get cooked and water get dry
  • cut into two pieces of cashews and raisins
  • heat the ghee and fry the cashews and raisins
  • transfer into the chicken and mix it
  • now hyderabad desi murgh is ready to serve
