The Hyderabadi Double Ka Meetha is a traditional Hyderabadi dessert prepared with bread, which derives its name from ‘Double Roti’, a term used for bread during the British era. It is very easy to prepare with simple ingredients like bread, milk, cream and sugar.

  • Almond and pistachios - 1/4 cup

Instructions
  1. In pan add sugar and add water dissolves and cardamom and boil well
  2. Now Cut bread slice in four edges and cut four and keep aside
  3. Now melt ghee and fry and keep aside
  4. In pan boil milk and add koya and little sugar 4 tbsp and cardamom powder
  5. Now chop the nuts and keep aside
  6. Now dip bread in sugar syrup and keep aside in serving bowl
  7. Now pour the Rabadi mixture
  8. Now top with nuts
  9. Now its ready to serve Hyderabadi Double Ka Meetha
