  • Arrowroot biscuits - 1 pack
  • Chocolate creme biscuit - 1 pack
  • Choco chip - 50 g
  • Roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts - 100 g
  • Dark chocolate syrup - 1/2 cup
  • Bitter coffee decoction - 1/2 cup

  • Roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts - 100 g
  • Dark chocolate syrup - 1/2 cup
  • Bitter coffee decoction - 1/2 cup

Instructions
  1. Soak arrowroot biscuits in cooled coffee decoction for 30 secs.
  2. Crush the chocolate creme biscuits and mix with the ice cream.
  3. Arrange a layer of biscuits as step 1 in the pudding dish.
  4. Top this with a layer of chocolate syrup followed by a layer of choco chip and peanuts.
  5. Evenly spread a thick layer of ice cream mixture.
  6. Repeat steps 1 to 5.
  7. The topmost layer will be a layer of biscuits from step 1 followed by peanuts and choco chip.
  8. Freeze this for 2 hrs or as long as the ingredients are well set and a cut slice comes off easily.
