  • Heavy cream - 1 cup
  • Confectioners` sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla ice cream(softened) - 1 quart
  • Frozen sweetened strawberries(10 ounze) packag, thawed) - 1
  • Walnut halves - 1/4 cup

  • Vanilla ice cream(softened) - 1 quart

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together chocolate wafer crumbs, chopped walnuts and softened butter until thoroughly combined.
  3. Press mixture firmly into bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 7 mins.
  5. Refrigerate until well chilled.
  6. In a medium bowl, whip together whipping cream and confectioners` sugar until soft peaks form.
  7. Spread half of ice cream into bottom of crust.
  8. Cover with strawberries, then cover strawberries with remaining ice cream.
  9. Spread whipped cream over ice cream and garnish with walnut halves.
  10. Freeze for 2 hrs before serving.
  11. Allow to stand at room temperature for 10 mins before slicing.
