  • Gelatine - 3 tsp
  • Cream - 1/2 cup
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Pineapple essence - 2 tsp
  • Nuts - 1/2 cup
  • Yellow food color(Few drops) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing icy pineapple with sauce, heat water & sugar till sugar has dissolved.
  2. Boil till mixture becomes a golden syrup. Allow to cool.
  3. Cut pineapple into small pieces.
  4. Blend in a mixer till thick puree is formed. In a little bit of sugar syrup, dissolve the gelatine & heat over a pan of water till dissolved.
  5. Add pineapple puree and essence to the sugar syrup.
  6. Fold in beaten cream & freeze.
  7. Serve garnished with chopped nuts & pineapple sauce.
