Iddli - Iddly Kerala Style Iddli - Iddly Kerala Style 1 cup Lentils/black gram dhal (Uzhunnuparippu)3 cups Rice (Ponni Rice)1 tsp Fenugreek seeds (Uluva)Water (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) Soak black gram dhal and fenugreek seeds together and ponni rice separately for 4 hours.Wash and grind the gram dhal, fenugreek and rice separately.Mix the iddly batter together by adding salt to it.Keep the iddly batter outside overnight until it ferments.Pour the iddly batter into greased moulds and cook for 10 minutes.:- Iddli - Iddly kerala style is ready Kerala
