Instructions
  1. Cut the idiyappam into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard and let it spurt.
  3. Add the onions, chillies and curry leaves.
  4. Add the turmeric powder and sautT for a minute.
  5. Add the egg.Scramble it.
  6. Add the idiyappam and mix it well.
  7. Serve hot.
Recipe Notes

Cumin powder can also be added for more taste
