Gingelly oil
Instructions
For preparing idly upma, Fry
mustard seeds
, chana dal and urad dal in
coconut oil
.
Add
onion
,
green chillies
and fry again.
Add
gingelly oil
and
turmeric powder
and then add idly (making it to small pieces).
Add
salt
and mix well.
Add
curry leaves
.
Idly upma is ready.
