  • Heat pan and add oil.
  • Add mustard, red chilly and curry leaves.
  • Add black gram and fry.
  • Add chopped onions and fry well.
  • When onions are fried, add chilly powder and turmeric powder and fry well.
  • Add idly and sprinkle salt.
  • Cook on low flame for 5 mins.
  • :- Serve hot.
  • :- Kids will love it for an evening snack or morning breakfast. Left over idly can be kept in fridge and can be used like this instead of wasting.
