Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into small cubes.
  2. Heat ghee in a tadka and saute the green chillies until it changes colour and looses the raw smell.
  3. Add the chicken pieces, salt and 3 spoons of water and cook in simmer for 10 mts.
  4. Add water if it goes dry before cooking.
  5. Add the chilli sauce to the cooked chicken and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Simmer until the gravy sticks onto the chicken pieces.
  7. :- Serve hot with chappatis, rotis, or even bread.

IN CHILLY CHICKEN YOU MUST ADD CAPSICUM ,CELLORY ,SOYASAUCE ,WHITE PEPPER POWDER ETC.INGREDIENTS ARE NOT ENOUGH.ALSO THIS IS NOT HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPE.

dear Radhika, Kindly do not criticize without trying out the recipe. the name of the dish is CHICKEN CHILLY and not CHILLY CHICKEN. the recipe told by you is the chinese dish.
