Tamarind

Cumin seeds
Jeerakam
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing inji thogayal, grind the grated
coconut
with
red chillies
.
Grind
tamarind
, shallots,
green chillies
,
cumin seeds
and
ginger
.
Mix both grounded paste together. Add
salt
and mix well. This should be in a semi solid form.
Inji thogayal is ready. This can be served as side dish.
