  • cardamom powder 3 tsp -
  • cashew nuts 1/2 cup -
  • Ghee 4 tsp -
  • salt 2 pinch -

Instructions
  1. grate the coconut, cut the cashews into two pieces, keep the sugar and cardamom powder in a bowl
  2. in a nonstick pan, heat the ghee
  3. fry the cashews in the ghee until the cashew gets the golden brown
  4. in the same pan add sugar and half glass of water and make as a sugar syrup
  5. once the sugar melts, add the grated coconut, and mix well and fry continuously in medium flame
  6. add cardamom powder and salt and mix well until the water gets dry.
  7. now add cashews and mix well and fry until the coconut gets thick and all water get dry.
  8. in a plate apply ghee
  9. now add that coconut burfi mixture in the plate and make even in plate
  10. allow for 10 mins to get cool and make a shape with knife
  11. now instant coconut barfi is ready
