Ingredients
  

  • 500+500 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp Custard powder
  • 1 no. Carrot Chopped or grated
  • 2 tbsp Basil seeds
  • 1 cup Condensed milk

Instructions
 

  • Heat the milk and when it starts boiling, pour condensed milk.
  • Then add the corn flour mixture (custard powder mixed with some milk without lumps) and stir continuously until it becomes thick and switch off the flame.
  • Let it cool and pour the remaining milk and soaked basil seeds.
  • Add chopped carrot and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours at least.
  • Add some sugar if you want and serve chilled.
