Instant Lemon Pickle
Pickles Are Very important part of Indian Meals.I make Sweet, Sour and Hot lemon pickle.

Garlic

kandari mulaku

Mustard seeds
1/2
tsp
Fenugreek seeds
1/2
tsp
Turmeric powder

tbsp
Chilli powder
1
tsp
Asafoetida powder
Curry leaves
1/2
tsp
Vinegar
2
pinch
Sugar
3
tbsp
Gingelly oil
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Wash the lemons and slice into small pieces as shown in the picture.
Heat
oil
in a pan and splutter
Mustard seeds
,
fenugreek seeds
. Add
ginger
,
garlic
, small
green chillies
,[ you can use green chilly],
curry leaves
and sauté it.
Add
turmeric
, chilli and asafoetida powder,just saute it.
Then add sliced lemons and
salt
, mix it well . Close the pan with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Finally add vinegar and
sugar
.Cook it until it get thickens.
Let them get cool completely and store them in a bottle. Enjoy this home made pickle anytime. Serve with rices.
