Instructions
  1. Wash the lemons and slice into small pieces as shown in the picture.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and splutter Mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds. Add ginger, garlic, small green chillies,[ you can use green chilly], curry leaves and sauté it.
  3. Add turmeric, chilli and asafoetida powder,just saute it.
  4. Then add sliced lemons and salt , mix it well . Close the pan with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Finally add vinegar and sugar .Cook it until it get thickens.
  6. Let them get cool completely and store them in a bottle. Enjoy this home made pickle anytime. Serve with rices.
