  • Butter : 2 tsp -

Instructions
  1. cube the paneer and chop the capsicum
  2. take red chili and garlic
  3. make a fine paste by adding water
  4. in a pan heat the Butter and fry the paneer
  5. in the same pan heat the oil and add red chili paste and cook for 2 mins until the raw smell goes out
  6. add paneer, capsicum and salt and mix well
  7. add dry methi leaves and mix it and allow to cook for 5 mins
  8. add corn flour and mix it
  9. allow to cook the masala get mix with paneer
  10. now instant paneer masala is ready to serve
