  • Milk : ½ litre -
  • Sugar : 1 cup -
  • Almond/ badam 4 no. -
  • Cashew nut 4 no. -
  • Pista 4 no. -
  • Ghee : 3 tsp -
  • cardamom powder 2 tsp -
  • Almond powder 1 tsp -

Instructions
  1. Boil the milk and make a thick condensed milk
  2. Grate the paneer, cut the cashew, almond and pista into small pieces
  3. Heat the ghee in the pan and fry the cashew almond and pista.
  4. once the milk become condensed, put paneer and allow to boil for 5 mins in a medium flame
  5. add the cardamom powder
  6. add the sugar and allow to boil for 2 mins
  7. now add the fried cashew almond and pista in the milk
  8. mix the badam/ almond powder in the water and mix it with milk
  9. now paneer payasam is ready to serve

if we need we can add milk maid also.
