  • Potato(medium boiled and mashed) - 3 nos
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 3 tsp
  • Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Mix all the required ingredients in a bowl and add sufficient water to make a nice dosa batter with a slightly thicker consistency.
  2. Heat a skillet, pour oil(around 2 - 3 drops) and spread evenly using a nice piece of cloth or even the top half of an onion stuck to the fork.
  3. Spread the dosa batter.
  4. For the Chutney:
  5. Grind all the ingredients together to form a thick paste adding sufficient water if required. Transfer to a bowl
  6. Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard and wait till it splutters. Add onion and fry till golden brown in color. Add curry leaves and red chilly and immediately transfer to the bowl containing the chutney.
