  • Onion - 1 chopped
  • Green chili - 1 chopped
  • Curry leaves - 1 string
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Urad and channa dal - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. In bowl add ragi powder and mix little water and rest for 1 hour
  2. Now add idly batter mix with ragi and temper onion other ingredients add salt and mix with batter
  3. Now grease paniyaram pan add batter in each
  4. Now cook other side too in medium flame cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Now its ready to serve with chutney
