  • Sooji rava - 1 cup
  • Curd - 3/4 cup
  • Carrot( grated) - 1
  • Salt(as taste) -
  • Turmeric - 1 pinch
  • Cooking Soda - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 string
  • Sesame seed - 2 tsp
  • Green chili(chopped) - 2
  • Mustard seed - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 4 tsp

Instructions
  1. soak sooji in curd
  2. Add carrot, turmeric and salt. mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes
  3. In a flat bowl grease oil and pour mixture and keep in steamer and steam for 15 minues.
  4. In pan temper oil with sesame seed, curry leaves, mustard, green chili
  5. Now pour it in Dhokla and spread all side
  6. Cut the Dhokla and remove from the bowl
  7. Now its ready to serve Sooji Dhokla
