Instructions
  1. In a large bowl mix wheat flour,all purpose flour,salt and water.now check for consistency and add more water if required.
  2. now carefully pour the dosa batter over hot tawa and spread it slowly.sprinkle ½ or 1 tsp of oil from the top.
  3. When the base is crisp and golden,flip the dosa and cook.when both sides are cooked well,remove it from the fle
  4. finally, serve instant wheat dosa immediately any veg or non veg curries..
