Ingredients: 150 g Bilimbi fruit (Irumpampuli); 1 cup Dried Prawns; 3 nos Green Chillies (chopped); 4 nos Shallots (sliced); 1/2 cup Coconut (grated); 1 tsp Chilly powder; 1/2 tsp Coriander powder; 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder; Mustard seeds (Few); 2 nos Dry red chillies; Salt (As reqd); 1 tsp Oil

Ingredients

150 g Bilimbi fruit Irumpampuli
1 cup Dried Prawns
3 nos Green Chillies chopped
4 nos Shallots sliced
1/2 cup Coconut grated
1 tsp Chilly powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Mustard seeds Few
2 nos Dry red chillies
Salt As reqd
1 tsp Oil

Instructions

Roast dried prawns and cook it with water, enough salt, green chillies and turmeric powder.
When it cooked, add bilimbi fruit and cook in low flame until done.
Grind coconut with chilly powder and coriander powder. Add this to the cooked bilimbi fruit.
Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chilly, shallots, saute well. Pour this to the curry.
Serve hot.
