When they turn golden brown, add the finely chopped garlic.
Now add the other seasonings & spinach along with the tomato paste and the cut tomatoes.
Add 2 cups of water and simmer the gravy in low heat for about
20 - 25 minutes.
Now take a 1.5 inches (round) (oven safe) and coat the vessel with 1 tsp of olive oil.
Start layering with the pasta strips at the very bottom followed by generous helping of sauce and then the Ricotta cheese followed by one thin layer of Mozerella.
Continue the same order until it reaches the top of the vessel.
Finally, top it with the Lasagna strips and pour the excess sauce on it.
Keep them in a preheated oven at 300 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
:-Double the amount of sauce and ingredients for bigger pans.
what the heck,,u r gonaa burn them if u bake lazagne in 300 degrees..pls do check…and also in proper lazagne u need bechamel(flour, butter and milk) sauce along with tomato sauce..and u only add cheese on top layer.
this is not actual lasagne, basic lasagne, without any filling consists of three must layers, viz, white sauce, tomato sauce and cheese, this is basic recipe, and if u wanna add any extra layer u can like mix veg or spinach
I think the recipe is incomplete. I make lasagne here and it`s an ultimate all time hit. I have posted it in my blog. Just visit http://www.shabscuisine.blogspot.com/. It`s a `must try` dish.
