Instructions
  1. For preparing italian style cheese saffron rice, put rice together with peas and parsley in a pan.
  2. Put in salt and cover with 2 1/2 cups water and 1/2 cup milk.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook till the rice is tender and dry.
  4. Mix in cheese and saffron mixture.
  5. Italian style cheese saffron rice is ready. Serve topped with tomato or any other sauce of your choice.
